An alligator and leather lined cigar pouch, or case. This wonderful example of leather making has a rich and luxurious feel with nearly one hundred years of love and care soaked into the very wide scale hide. This would have come from a large sized crocodile. The case is made with an open end allowing as many cigars of the desired size to fit. The case can hold most gauges of cigars, with the alligator stretching to nearly 1" wide to hold quite a wide gauge, if desired. The length of the pouch can adjust to different lengths of cigar but fully exnteded can hold a cigar of over 10" in length. Made in England, circa 1930.
